Reishi Mushrooms

My last wife, who passed away in July 2009, was always doing whatever her relatives and friends told her worked for them, or supposedly worked for them, when it came to treating cancer. My last wife was diagnosed with breast cancer in April 2005.

The problem with people is they fail to understand that the only thing that can battle cancer is your healthy immune system. They fail to realize that the only reason cells in our body mutate and reproduce abnormally (which is what cancer is) is because their immune system is not working correctly.

So in this case I am discussing today her Cousin had bladder cancer, or so they claim, and his wife, who was a doctor, claimed that he took Reishi Mushrooms and in less than six months his bladder cancer was gone and he was cured.

I tried explaining to my last wife that it is only a healthy immune system that keeps cancer, which is nothing more than abnormally reproducing cells of out body, in check. She was demanding telling me to order the Reishi Mushroom powder from her cousin.

Now think about this. How convenient is it that her cousin, with a doctor for a wife, claims they took the Reishi Mushrooms, was cured of bladder cancer, and gee it just so happens they are also a distributor for the company that distributed Reishi Mushrooms?

My last wife refused to listen. We spent over $150 for the Reishi Mushroom powder and capsules. My last wife took it for three days and become so violently ill that she nearly died. We had to rush her to the Emergency Room where they determine she had toxic poisoning from the Reishi Mushrooms since this type of mushroom is very toxic.

Now here’s the ultimate in stupidity.

About a year later her friend, Doris, also told her of the beneficial effects of Reishi Mushrooms on cancer. My last wife demanded I purchase Reishi Mushrooms for her to help cure her cancer. When I reminded her that a year before she was rushed to the Emergency Room and nearly died from toxic poisoning from the Reishi Mushrooms she denied it. When I refused to waste our money just to have her get rushed to the Emergency Room with toxic poisoning again I was accused by her and wanting her to die.

Unreal.

Humans can be so damn stupid.
